Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, we'll always keep you posted.

 

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location (metro vs. non-metro areas). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, occasional delays can happen due to courier or weather disruptions outside our control.

 

Shipping Charges

Orders above Rs. 299 ship FREE. Orders below Rs. 299 have a flat shipping charge of Rs. 49. Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders above Rs. 499.

 

Fragile & Handcrafted Items

Many of our miniatures are handcrafted from glass or resin. Every order is carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives, and if anything arrives broken or damaged, contact us at hello@kyootclub.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
