Orders & Payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! COD is available on orders above ₹499 . For orders below this, we accept prepaid payment via UPI, cards, and net banking through our secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@kyootclub.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Is it safe to pay online on this site? Yes, all payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location within India.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, orders above ₹499 ship free. Orders below this are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
Do you ship outside India? Currently we only ship within India.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Returns & Damages
What's your return policy? Because most of our pieces are delicate resin/glass miniatures, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you in full - no questions asked - within 7 days of delivery. Full details on our "Return & Refund Policy" page.
My order arrived broken, what do I do? We're so sorry! Email hello@kyootclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or unboxing video of the damaged item, and we'll sort it out immediately with a replacement or refund.
How are fragile items packaged? Every Kyoot-stuff is individually wrapped and cushioned before shipping, we know these are Kyoot-&-delicate, and we pack accordingly. If something still arrives damaged, we've got you covered (see above).
Products
How big are these miniatures, exactly? Sizes vary by product, though all the miniatures fit easily in your palm, check the product description (if mentioned) for exact dimensions, or look for the scale-reference photo on each product page. As a general guide, most pieces are between 1-4 cm.
What are the miniatures made from? Most of our Kyoot pieces are made from high-quality resin or PVC. Material is listed on each individual product page.
Are these safe for kids? Many of our miniatures contain/are small parts and are intended for display, crafting, and collecting by teens and adults - not recommended for children under 5 years of age due to choking hazard, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Do glow-in-the-dark pieces need charging? No charging needed, just expose them to light (sunlight or a lamp) for a few minutes and they'll glow in the dark on their own.
