Welcome to KYOOT (kyootclub.com), operated by KYOOT - All Things Cute ("KYOOT," "we," "us," "our"), located at 4th Floor, Landmark Cyberpark, Sector 67, Gurugram, Haryana 122101, India. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products

All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Because our miniatures are handled and photographed individually, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between the photo and the item you receive, this is normal for resin/handcrafted items and is not considered a defect.

Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors). Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system and our COD partner where applicable. Full payment (or COD confirmation) is required before an order is dispatched.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or fraudulent orders/claims (including false damage claims).

8. Limitation of Liability

KYOOT products are decorative miniatures intended for display, crafting, and collecting - not toys for children under 5 due to small parts. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use of our products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYOOT's liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
